  • NAC Stockton is located in Northern California. The plant manufactures litho-laminated high resolution graphics corrugated packaging, primarily servicing Consumer Retail Products Companies in various retail markets.
  • Position Role: The role of this position is to profitably maintain and grow IP sales by developing and executing Key Account Plans with high priority strategic Accounts.  The position is responsible for providing insights for development of customer Value Propositions that will create IP market advantage.  The position will provide timely feedback on market, customer and competitive activity influencing the market and develop effective responses. Is the primary developer and executor of financial solutions.
  • Scope:      Individual contributor (no direct reports).  Is assigned geographic or sub-segment sales responsibility. Position is responsible maintaining high levels of project and prospect pipelines for a mix of consultative and transactional accounts that are in the business unit’s list of top 50% accounts.  Responsibility for a moderately high level of business unit profitability.  Assigned accounts are moderately complex in nature with multiple locations. The account team leader is responsible for bringing resources to successfully execute the value propositions. 
  • Minimum Experiences:  7 years in sales (or equivalent experience)
  • BA/BS in related field.
  • Business Specific Skills, Knowledge, Accountabilities and Tasks:  Project Management Skills, Organizational Skills, Packaging Graphics Knowledge and Retail Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Acts as a technical expert in troubleshooting the technical aspects of product sales, manufacturing, and development.
  • Activities involve visiting company manufacturing and customer facilities to identify and resolve technical product manufacturing issues.
  • Serves as a resource for other internal departments and may be sought out by others for advice and solutions.
  • Identifies and initiates problem resolution process improvement and serves as primary resource to company and customer operations.
