We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor for our corrugated manufacturing facility in EightyFour, Pennsylvania. This position is responsible for leading/supervising the maintenance department in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and engagement to achieve superior results.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preventative maintenance, improving machine reliability, machine benchmarking, training and development of maintenance personnel, safety, maintenance budget control, and implementation of the SAP work order system.
Five or more years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with proven skills in the areas of electrical, PLC, and computer-controlled equipment. Corrugated industry experience preferred. Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methods. Demonstrated project management, planning, and organizational skills. Strong mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes. Ability to identify root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action to prevent reoccurrence. Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, communication skills. Knowledge of computerized maintenance and inventory control systems processes in SAP or similar enterprise software solutions. Working knowledge and ability to utilize personal computers and software. BS/BA in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or similar technical discipline desired.
