Sheet Plant Sales Representative – Residing in Alabama – to serve the Dothan, AL Sheet Plant.

We currently have an opening for a Sales Representative at Dothan corrugated sheet plant. This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers.
This position reports to the Plant General Manager and is responsible for developing and executing sales.

We are looking for experienced motivated individuals who are capable of bringing new corrugated business to the plant. Specific responsibilities include providing timely feedback on market, customer and competitive activity influencing the market, participating in the development and delivery of financial solutions, completing selection and prioritization process to determine the top strategic accounts to focus sales effort and engage support resources, strategic accounts to focus sales effort and engage support resources, developing key account plans, analysis of business conditions and identifying prospects, maintaining knowledge of priority customers.

This position requires Undergraduate college degree and at least ten (10) years of corrugated selling experience. Strong relationship building, leadership, competitiveness and organizational skills are required. Preferred candidates would have experience in the mid – Alabama and Florida panhandle markets as well as Georgia. Specific competencies include drive for results, problem solving, integrity, priority settings, negotiating, action oriented, functional/technical commercial skills, customer focus, and learning on the fly.
