Front Line Leader for Converting department responsible for the supervision, directing and leadership of one assigned shift of hourly employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met. This position reports into the facility Manufacturing Manager.
The Converting Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2 + years in a supervisory capacity required.
Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.

Effectively with all levels in workforce
Building effective teams to support continuous improvement
