We currently have an opening for a Sales Representative in our Solid Fiber industrial packaging group.  This Sales Representative role is a home-based position that reports to the Sales Manager of the Lancaster, PA Solid Fiber facility.   The ideal candidate will be located in the Northeast portion of the United States. 
 
This outside position requires the individual to maintain and grow an existing account base, as well as prospect and close many new business opportunities.  There is a strong emphasis on developing new customers and new markets.   The candidate will be responsible for covering approximately 25% of the US.  The territory consists of the Northeast and Midwest portion of the United States.   We seek an honest, enthusiastic and innovative Sales Representative possessing the desire to succeed and be an integral part of our Solid Fiber team.   Highly qualified candidates will possess a BS/BA, with packaging experience preferred.   
 
Requirements:
  • Preferred BA/BS
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferred in the packaging industry
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Profit-driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
