Human Resource Generalist (Manufacturing) - Union & Union-Free
The HRG will be based in our Biglerville, PA container manufacturing plant.

We currently have an opening for a Human Resource Generalist to provide support to multiple manufacturing plants, approximately 300 employees in Pennsylvania. These facilities manufacture packaging products for local and national customers. This position is based in our Biglerville, Pennsylvania manufacturing plant and involves travel on a weekly basis.
We are looking for a highly motivated, engaged, committed individual that has an interest or background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
The Human Resource Generalist will work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager providing superior human resource support to our employees and work as a business partner in achieving facility objectives. This position will support a broad range of human resource activities including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, grievance tracking, employee relations, employee benefits, and compliance training; This is a “hands on” position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.
This position is considered a developmental position in the function. As such, the successful candidate should have some (3-6 years) Human Resource experience and must demonstrate leadership potential and be open to career growth and relocation opportunities in the future. Highly competitive candidates would have human resource experience in a manufacturing facility. A Bachelor of Science degree in human resources, business or a related field is required for consideration.

Candidates must be customer focused, have excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and people skills.
