The Front Line Leader for the Converting Department is responsible for the supervision of one assigned shift of hourly employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met. Also accountable for safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems. This position reports in to the Manufacturing Manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree Preferred. Must have at least three (3) years supervisory or team leadership experience. Corrugated business industry experience is preferred. Manufacturing experience required. Flexible to work off shifts – current opening is for 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.).
