We currently have an opening for a Production/Layout Artist in our Enhanced Graphics Solutions Hillsboro Preprint facility. This position will create, facilitate and output flexographic electronic artwork in a team environment by utilizing a strong understanding of Adobe Illustrator.  Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat as well as Esko, DeskPack, and/or ArtPro software products is helpful.

 

This is a production position and not a creative design role.

Position Requirements:

•  Five years of experience in print production and/or like preferred.
• An extensive knowledge of Macintosh computers and all major graphics applications, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is needed.
• Intermediate skills in plotters, RIP’s, and other related hardware.
• Knowledge of the flexo print industry as well as Esko, DeskPack, or ArtPro software is a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task in a deadline sensitive environment, be detail oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable with problem solving.
• Organization, reliability, flexibility, communication, and teamwork are a must.
