The Woodyard Operator is responsible for providing operational support in the woodyard to facilitate purchase and delivery of pulpwood and logs to company facilities, including the dealing with independent wood suppliers /loggers.

OTHER: Must be able to work in extremely adverse conditions with high degree of irritation from moisture, heat, cold and dust. Must be able to work flexible hours including unscheduled overtime, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work overtime. Must be willing to perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work requires variable amounts of time sitting per shift, up to twelve hours. Climbing may be required for maintenance and repair of equipment. Work may occasionally require physical effort in lifting items weighing up to 101-pound range. Occasionally, considerable effort is required to move a heavy part in place or lift a heavy tool (up to a 51+ pound range). Required movement may include but is not limited to carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Pushing, pulling, twisting, kneeling and bending may be required for cleanup duties. In addition to lifting and carrying, maintenance and repair, activities may require twisting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, crawling, reaching and balancing. Walking distances of several hundred yards while carrying maintenance or service tools (51+ pound range). Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
