Manufacturing Excellence Leader-Paper
Responsible for the overall leadership of the Manufacturing Excellence initiative in the Finished Products organization in a large integrated mill. Responsible for the platform and process for managing improvement within the facility especially in the areas of fiber, energy, reliability, productivity, engagement and customers. Coordinates the evaluation, identification, and prioritization of mill cost and performance improvement opportunities. Works for Manager of Manufacturing Excellence to integrate and prioritize Manufacturing Excellence initiatives for the Finished Products business, including training and capacity development of others.
Bachelor's degree required in one of the major engineering disciplines. Five or more years of experience in manufacturing environment. Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
